Running into the Twenty-First Century

by Jeff Galloway

We are part of a revolution which is quietly changing millions of people. Those who do not exercise must fight a war of bodily attrition and diminishing willpower year by year. Because of the increased stress and greate r efficiency required in the future, exercisers can cope with these problems and are building some of the major bridges into the 21st century. The benefits we derive from our exercise will depend to a great extent upon h ow we bring the mind and the body together.

A body of knowledge is being created by the regular fitness participants of the 1990's, in the neighborhood streets, the trails and in the road races across the world. I am compiling this information into a fitness manua l for the next century. I hope that you will help me when you have a story about a frontline hero (such as yourself) in this revolution.
