The course will take runners through the woods, along the lake and around beautiful Brookside Gardens.  As in the name of the race, each finisher will be presented roses at the finish line.

At 7:45 a.m. there will be a free ¼ mile and ½ young run for kids 12 and under.  Every kid will receive a ribbon at the finish.

To get to Wheaton Regional Park, take I-495 to Georgia Avenue North, go north on Georgia Avenue to Shorefield Road (2.7 miles), turn right and the park entrance is at the end of Shorefield Road.

Registration by mail ends June 16.  Race-day registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. at the race site.  For those not running, volunteers are needed and will be trained.
