Potomac Valley Association of USA Track and Field Elects Long Distance Running Chairs

After a recent election, the Potomac Valley Association (PVA) of USA Track and Field (USATF) announced their 
Long Distance Running (LDR) Chairs elected to serve the next two years.  

Nancy Betress of Washington, DC, was re-elected as Women’s LDR Chair; Darrell General of Mitchellville, MD, 
was elected as Men’s’ LDR Chair; and Rick Nealis of Dumfries, VA, as Master’s LDR Chair. 

The Potomac Valley Association is the Regional Association for the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, and 
Northern Virginia, of the national governing body of Track and Field, Long Distance Running and Race Walking.
