Baltimore Marathon Pacers Wanted
If you can pace a group to a pre-determined time during the
Baltimore marathon, and would be willing to offer your services
as a pace group leader during the marathon, please e-mail Jim Adams
at jim@baltimorerunning.com
If interested, you should be able to run a comfortable pace on
uphill terrain, be willing to run slower than normal, maintain
group cohesiveness, and complete the distance in the
prescribed time. For most that will mean leading a group at a
slower pace than you usually run.
On the Baltimore marathon course, a negative split run would be
the ideal condition. If you are interested in leading pacing
